A home to music in Oxford for over 20 years, the Bullingdon had a major refit at the start of 2015 and now has an absolutely great sound system. It is the home to the Haven Club (Monday nights).
Location and Transport
162 Cowley Road
The Bullingdon is directly opposite Tesco on the Cowley Road. The music venue is now separate from the main bar and has its own entrance to the right of the pub front (the white double doors). It is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the town centre, and there are frequent buses along Cowley Road to the town centre and rail station. Parking is limited, but you may be able to find spaces in the Pay and Display behind Tesco.
The Bullingdon is all on one level with no steps or ledges, making it easily accessible to wheelchair users. The toilets are very small and there is no dedicated accessible toilet.

Did you know...?
Names: The venue section of The Bullingdon was originally known as The Back Room at The Bully. It briefly changed its name and branding to The Art Bar, but with a change of ownership in 2015, it reverted to the Bullingdon name and created a dedicated music venue with its own entrance.
If you have enjoyed a gig, recording or video, why not contact
The Bullingdon and let them know they are appreciated. Everyone needs both encouragement
and constructive feedback. When contacting them, please mention that you
found them on OxfordMusic.XYZ
